2023 Mimsy Chenin Blanc Spritz, Blewitt Springs, farmed organically by Lulu Lunn.
 
VINES: Lulu's Blewitt Springs Chenin vineyard is 25 year old, east facing and grown in deep white sand on clay, 120m elevation.
 
WINEMAKING: The grapes are destemmed, fermented for 2 days on skins, then pressed to tank over winter and bottled with 4g/L residual sugar. 
 
TASTING NOTES: Fresh and bright with textural mouthfeel. Melon, citrus, with a light spritz. 12% alc. Drink cold.
