A community festival on Peramangk Country
JaumaFest is a grassroots festival created in 2021 by us, James and Sophie Erskine.
JaumaFest evolved from our wish of offering a nature immersion experience, building relationship to land and food source, and creating space for community inclusion and connection.
We believe community resilience and collaboration is central to building a sustainable future.
It is our hope that JaumaFest offers space to connect people from far and wide in support of local arts, music, farmers and producers, held with deep respect for the traditional custodians of Peramangk Country, and their ongoing relationship to this land we gather on.
Our summertime Jaumafest is having a break for the time being, but has been recreated as a winter celebration in collaboration with the Hill's Winter Reds Festival. Same Jaumafest heart and soul, but inside our winter wonderland winery, with live music, food, natural wine, fire pits, beanies, and good humans.
