Spring Retreat
Sunday 13th October

Join us at Jauma Farm for a day-long immersion retreat in celebration of Spring.

Seasonal shifts are an opportunity to move ourselves into new rhythms and align with the cycles of nature.

Spring is a potent time of renewal, expansion, growth and the dawning of new life.

When we observe the natural world, we see powerful energy expelling through blossom, shoot and seed germination, met with the decomposition of old matter back into soil to nourish and nurture the foundations of new life after the dormancy of winter.

We can reflect that these same transitions of newness occur within ourselves as we move into the spring season- shedding the old to make way for the new, planting seeds of intention for our next season of growth.

We invite you to share in a day with us to mark these seasonal rhythms and enjoy time for nourishment, expansion and renewal.
