2023 Audrey’s Fairygarten, Dry Grown Shiraz, Clarendon.


VINEYARD- Clarendon vineyard farmed organically by Fiona Wood. Grey sand on ironstone. 230m elevation.


WINEMAKING- Carbonic maceration for 2 weeks then pressed to fibreglass for 10 months.


TASTING NOTES- Plum red in colour, medium bodied, raspberries and spiced plums, fleshy and spicy pallet with quenching mouthfeel. 12%
