2023 1000 Fires, Chenin (95%) Sauvignon Blanc (5%)
 
VINES- Chenin from Lulu’s Blewitt Springs block and Sauvignon Blanc from Jim’s Peter’s Creek block.
 
WINEMAKING- Chenin is destemmed and pressed to barrel and tank. Sauvignon destemmed and fermented on skins for 2 weeks.
 
TASTING NOTES- Yellow green in colour, citrus and apples, long acid drive, very spacious on the pallet with an ethereal mouthfeel. 13%
