2024 Ralphs Dry Grown Grenache, Clarendon
 
VINES: Jauma's signature wine. Only 500 bottles produced from the entire site. 
Clarendon, Wood Vineyard. Farmed organically by Fiona Wood, owned by Ralph Wood. Grey sand on ironstone, bushvines, no irrigation since establishment, giving more concentration and stregth in the vines.
 
WINEMAKING: Destemmed, long skin maceration and pressed to barrel.
 
TASTING NOTES:  Oh so pretty, rose, strawberry, aneis.  Very fine but structured pallet.
