2024 Sand on Schist Sparkling Wine.

Blewitt Springs Chenin Blanc farmed by Lulu in the deep white sands on schist.

Destemmed and pressed to tank, bottled with residual sugars from the ferment.  Disgorged over winter and topped with an smidge of older chenin from barrel for added complexity.
 
This will sit comfortably amongst the finest of fizz fiestas.
