Grown by Jim Zerella in Peter’s creek (380m). Red clay interspersed with broken shale and quartzite.
 
WINEMAKING: 
Carbonic maceration, pressed to stainless.  Bottled after 11 months.
 
TASTING NOTES:
Super opulent nose of quince, rose, apricots.  Lucious pallet.
